Julee Haley has 17 years of experience coaching athletes across various sports. She spent 10 years at Movement Training Systems, training high school, college, and professional athletes, including at Columbia University. Currently, she’s an assistant coach at Valor Christian High School, where she helped lead the team to multiple state championships. Julee is also the sprints coach for KSP’s Steadfast Track Academy, the gym’s in-house youth and high school indoor track and field club. A certified coach with the Colorado State Association of Athletics and USA Track & Field, Julee is also a former pole vaulter at the University of Northern Colorado, where she was part of the first female athletes to compete in the event.

Markus earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of New Mexico in 2016 and was a top-10 all-time high jumper for the UNM track team. With 14 years of experience in track and field and 10 years in sports performance coaching, he is the head track & field coach at Valor Christian High School and Steadfast Track Academy. Markus specializes in speed and strength coaching, aiming to develop mindful and resilient athletes. His certifications include CSCS, USA Track & Field Level 1, and USA-Weightlifting Level 1.

Coach Bridgewater brings decades of experience in speed development and sports performance. Coach Bridgewater believes that sports enhancement is not only a matter of physical skills, but also of mental and emotional skills and thrives in creating a positive and supportive environment for all of his clients and teams. A few of his notable clients include Tyler Herro (Miami Heat), Sam Hauser (Boston Celtics),Braelon Allen (NY Jets), Anthony Pettit (UFC) and many more.

Deion brings a strong background in athletics and coaching, with six years of experience coaching high school football and track. As a former collegiate athlete at Kansas Wesleyan, where he played football and ran track, Deion combines firsthand knowledge of competitive sports with a passion for developing athletes. With a foundation in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching, Deion is committed to helping athletes excel both on and off the field.

Matt graduated from Taylor University, where he played soccer and worked as a part-time strength and conditioning coach for the team. He holds a degree in Exercise Science and discovered his passion for sports performance while working on the university's research team, studying VO2 max data and distance running. This experience sparked his desire to help athletes optimize their performance through evidence-based training methods. Matt brings a deep understanding of physiology, movement, and athletic development to KSP, helping athletes of all levels improve their strength, speed, and overall performance.

Maddy holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Human Health and Performance with minors in Psychology and Pre-Health Studies, as well as a master’s degree in Movement Sciences with a focus on Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology, both from the University of Idaho. As a collegiate short sprinter, she combines firsthand athletic experience with academic expertise. Maddy also conducted research on balance and gait patterns in individuals with multiple sclerosis and stroke patients. With two years as a sports performance coach, she’s ready to help athletes reach new heights.

Born and raised in Littleton, Colorado, and a former 1st team all-conference wide receiver, Jared earned a degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. He gained experience with Carmichael Training Systems, Sportxcel, MuvLab, and The Institute at Panorama Orthopedic and Spine, where he worked with professional athletes and developed performance programs. He is now at Kula Sports Performance, using his expertise in Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) to optimize performance and prevent injuries, offering personalized programs for athletes of all levels. His focus is on identifying asymmetrical movements to reduce injury and enhance overall performance.

Stephen brings a diverse athletic and coaching background to KSP, with experience across basketball, football, and track & field. A former Academic All-American basketball player at Trinidad State JC and UCCS, he earned pro tryouts with Club Stadio de Santiago and FIBA 3x3. Stephen holds certifications including CSCS, CPT, PN-1, FMS-1, and USA Weightlifting. As a coach, he's worked with football, basketball, and track athletes, specializing in strength, speed development, and performance enhancement. Stephen is passionate about helping athletes at all levels elevate their game and reach their full potential.

Kaela Edwards has a decorated career as a professional middle-distance runner and NCAA Champion. With personal bests of 1:59 in the 800m and 4:04 in the 1500m, she competed at the highest levels of track and field. Today, she helps women, athletes, and active adults move with purpose, strength, and confidence. Her coaching blends smart programming with mentorship, guiding clients through performance goals, injury prevention, and life transitions. From youth athletes to moms rediscovering their power, Kaela supports the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—drawing from her elite background to help others thrive in sport and beyond.

Jerom Adams is a certified personal trainer at Kula Sports Performance, specializing in functional movement and balance. He holds certifications from ISSA, NASM, AfSA, and ACE, bringing a diverse skill set to his training. Jerom played basketball and rugby in college and has studied martial arts from the age of four, continuing to train to this day. His holistic approach helps clients improve strength, mobility, and overall movement quality. Passionate about helping others reach their goals, Jerom empowers individuals to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

Aneurin Minson
Aneurin Minson is the Executive Director of Kula Sports Performance and a proven leader in sales, operations, and business development within the performance and fitness industry. A former standout multi-sport high school athlete and collegiate baseball player, Aneurin brings both athletic credibility and executive-level business acumen to every organization he leads.With a track record of success in senior sales and operational leadership roles at major brand fitness companies, Aneurin has also helped guide multiple startup ventures to scalable, sustainable growth. Under his leadership, Kula Sports Performance has emerged as a nationally respected model for high-performance training, operational excellence, and business execution.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Aneurin is an accomplished ultra-endurance athlete, having completed extraordinary physical challenges including a world-record 1,000-pound lift paired with a 100-mile run, as well as a self-supported run and bike crossing of the state of Arizona to raise funds for an autism school in Phoenix. He is widely respected for his discipline, resilience, and ability to lead teams with clarity, purpose, and integrity.

Jake brings a wealth of experience in football and athletic development to Kula Sports Performance. He played four years as a wide receiver at the collegiate level, starting at Central Lakes College before earning his Physical Education degree from St. Cloud State. His coaching journey began with Ducks7v7 four years ago, a pivotal part of his success. He has since coached high school football for three seasons and worked with Juwan Mitchell at CU for his NFL Pro Day. Jake thrives on exploring different coaching philosophies, always striving for the most fun and efficient way to get the job done.

With experience coaching professional athletes, Division 1 National Champions, and a 2022 FIFA World Cup participant, Zak brings a results-driven approach to strength and conditioning. Personally trained by Ben Patrick, also known as the Knees Over Toes Guy, he utilizes cutting-edge methods that outperform traditional training techniques. To date, he has helped over 40 athletes return from serious knee injuries to compete at a high level—without a single case of re-injury. His innovative approach prioritizes longevity, performance, and unlocking each athlete’s full potential.

Coach Matteen Sandossi competed at the amateur-elite and semi-professional levels in Florida while earning his Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Chronic Disease. After an injury shifted his path into coaching, he developed a strong appreciation for efficient movement, structured training, and long-term athlete development.
After moving to Colorado, Coach Matteen coached with Liverpool FC International Academy and has worked with youth, high school, and elite athletes in both clinical and high-performance environments. His coaching focuses on speed development, agility, strength training, corrective exercise, and recovery, with a passion for helping athletes build confidence and perform at a higher level.

Porter Lubbers is a Performance Coach at Kula Sports Performance with a commitment to building confident, resilient athletes through strong movement foundations. A former basketball and lacrosse player, Porter earned his B.S. in Sports Management and Coaching from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where he also gained experience with UCCS Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Air Force Women’s Basketball. He has trained athletes of all ages, from youth to collegiate, creating positive, high-energy environments where development thrives. Porter is driven to help athletes reach their full potential by instilling confidence, refining movement patterns, and inspiring consistent growth on and off the field.

Cate Louis is a Performance Coach at Kula Sports Performance with a passion for technical mastery and long-term athletic development. A former BYU sprinter and First Team Big 12 honoree, Cate competed in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m, and 4x400m, qualifying for the NCAA West Regionals. She graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University and earned her NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in June 2025. Cate brings coaching experience across D1 track, soccer, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, and general populations ages 9 to 84. She’s driven to help people move with efficiency, power, and purpose through consistent, joint-focused training.
