Kula Sports Performance is a training system designed for all athletes. We use scientific principles and proven methods designed to improve athleticism, develop speed, agility, explosive power, coordination, and strength.

We’ve developed a unique system of fast twitch muscle recruitment, mass specific force and progressive ground strike mechanics that result in a faster, more powerful and efficient athlete.  Speed development, strength training, plyometrics, agility drills and efficient mechanics are integrated giving an athletic foundation for all athletes with specific programming for various sports.
