Step 2:
Data Analysis
After your FAST START SESSION you’ll receive a full breakdown of the data on your baseline athletic tests. This analysis helps you identify areas for improvement and establish informed performance goals.
Coach Matt will enter your numbers into the Universal Speed Rating system which is an online database that houses the performance metrics of 60,000+ athletes worldwide.
Step 3:
Reassessment
As you continue to work with Kula Sports Performance, we’ll periodically retest these variables to help you understand your progress.
With the USR app, you’ll be able to track your own data on your athlete dashboard and also see where you rank against other athletes across the globe.
Reassessment Rates:
Athletes with a private session package can reassess anytime free of charge.
Athletes with group class packages can use a class session for their reassessment.
If you’re out of class sessions, pay just $59.00 for a reassessment session.
