BRAND LICENSE AND MASTER SERVICE
HANDBOOK & FACILITY DESIGN
The KSP Handbook is an overview of our policies and procedures. This covers policies from the standards we hold our staff members to as well as how we conduct business with our clients.
Facility and design is important to create a flow that puts speed at the priority of your training. Our team provides consulting on planning and layout (5K sq’ $100,000 to 10K sq’ $150,000). We also provide our references for equipment and flooring (turf/rubber + installation)
PHILOSOPHY & TRAINER TRAINING
The KSP Philosophy is based on maximizing athletic potential for all ages. We have built a highly successful, holistic training philosophy with 90+ years of experience that have seen countless athletes reach the collegiate and professional level with NFL OPOY, All-American, National Champion, and State Champion awards.
In addition to learning about our training philosophy, your team has the opportunity to visit our Headquarters in Denver for a 40 hour Trainer Training led by our Master Trainers. During this time we review how we program, why we program, and how we set up our coaches for success.
OPERATIONS & SOFTWARE
As we have scaled to a company with 50+ staff members and 13 locations, our operations has grown and adapted to manage successfully. Our leaders will train you on how to implement and execute a successful business operations with additional consultation calls available
In addition to operations, we will arm you with a POS that allows your team to track staff members, clients, visits, schedules, payroll, and marketing all in one place.
MARKETING
In the world of sports performance word of mouth is your best friend, however strategic marketing is still important for client growth and retention. Our marketing plan includes social media strategies, email campaigns, and website design. You will receive support on all three with additional consultation calls available.
PARTNERSHIP DISCOUNTS
In addition to our consulting and planning for your business we will connect you with the businesses that have helped make us so successful. You will be connected with partners such as Thorne, BSN, Vital Body, Ascent, Legends, and Nike.
KSP MASTER CONSULTATION
Gain insight and understanding of our expertise and knowledge of the Sports Performance industry.
We offer consultation services from Training, Operations, Marketing, and Professional Development.
Under the terms of the agreement and what is deemed necessary to achieve the business’ goals, our team will construct a Consultation Strategy.
All consultations will be conducted by the hour and designated to either a KSP VP or Master Trainer.
