  • 2x weekly training sessions at Concept practices, designed to build speed, strength, and agility without adding extra wear and tear.

  • Monthly progress reports with performance data from laser timing and force plate testing, so you can see measurable improvements.

  • Flexibility for families – athletes can make up missed sessions in KSP’s open age-group classes or access remote training through the KSP app while traveling.

  • Year-round support – with in-person training from September–June and structured winter remote programs to keep athletes progressing.
